2009 Seniors

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful girl last week. Ashley is my first 2009 senior this year. I had a great time with her and her mom. I am offering a referral program for all 2009 seniors, have your senior portraits taken with me and I will give you 24 wallets FREE for every referral you bring in.
This is the first Ashley has seen her pictures, so I am excited to hear how she likes them. They are not completely finished since I am still on vacation and not at my own computer. I do apologize to everyone for the delays in processing your proofs and getting orders delivered. I will be back on track after the 5th of July.

If you would like to set up an appointment for senior pictures, please send me an email at amandajoyc@msn.com and I will get back with you as soon as I can. Appointments are made on a first come, first serve basis, so email me now!

My Mermaid

Just wanted to share another beautiful painting by Lavone Vannoy of Elegantly Painted. This is my daughter, Blair. When she saw some of Lavone's work, she asked if she could make her a mermaid. Did she ever! I was amazed when I saw the finished painting. The details are breathtaking! I am having this printed as a 16x20 gallery wrapped canvas to hang in her room. I included the original picture so you could see the transformation. When you have a session with me, you have the option of commissioning a painting for yourself. Pricing and details are on my website, you can also click the Elegantly Painted link on the bottom right of this page.

Nation family beach session

Since I still don't have my computer back, here is a sneak peek for the Nation family from their beach session. I've been holding off posting these because they are not edited the way I would like them to be, but they are still beautiful.

Preview for Miss "B"

Just a little sneak peek at this little cutie. This first picture just about sums up the session. She was on the move the whole time! Thanks for bringing her out, Julie, I had fun with her and will have your slideshow ready soon!

Family Sessions from this weekend

Yesterday, I photographed two different families. Two very different sessions!
The first here is the McCallon family. Beautiful family and such sweet children. I have to thank my sister, Liza, for going on these sessions with me and helping me out, especially with this one, she was a great help getting the childrens attention. You can check out Liza's website here. http://www.blueskiesphoto.org

My second session was with the Nation family. They are both beautiful and photograph very well, and have you ever seen a more perfect baby bump! Can't wait to photograph their baby in July!

Brittney requested some more intimate portraits, I had not done this before, but I think they came out so beautiful. I will be photographing this couple on the beach later this week. Check back for a sneek peek.

Just want to remind everyone that these images have not been retouched yet. I should have my computer back by early this week. If you have recently placed an order, I'm working on it!

Expo and Virus attack!

If I have any blog stalkers out there, you may have noticed that I have been MIA for a few days. Lot of things going on. I want to first thank everyone who stopped by and said hi at the Baby Expo. It was a great day, a little too hot, but I think everyone who attended had a good time. Congratulations to the McGhee family. They are the winners in my drawing for a free portrait session.
After the expo, I had alot of catching up to do. I had 5 sessions to proof and orders to place. Got most of it finished, when, guess what! An army of virus' attacked my computer! I am now working on my husbands laptop while the great people at Best Buy try to salvage all the files on my PC. For those of you who have placed an order in the last few days or will be ordering soon, please note that it may take up to 3 weeks longer for you to receive your prints.
The adorable girls below were the subjects of my most recent session, (along with their mom and dad, of course). If the colors are off in these pictures, I apologize, I can't see a thing on this laptop!
